On 04/07/2020 the Windsor Locks Police Department responded to 360 Federal Credit Union in Windsor Locks to investigated a fraud/identity theft case. The suspect opened up an account at a local bank and applied for a $15,000 personal loan, using a fake CT DL. A majority of the withdrawals against this loan occurred at various ATM machines in parts of Harlem and the Bronx. Attempting to ID the female suspect. Ref case 20-3634. Det.
