Black male, approximately 5'08", 220lbs, wearing hat, glasses, with long hair, scruffy beard walked into People's United bank and approached the teller with a note. The note said "stay calm this is a robbery give me all the loose money no ink packs. After receiving $2900 in an envelope the suspected requested the note back and reached over the counter and took the note from the teller. No further incident.
